On Monday, CBS Morning aired their full interview with Megan Thi Stallion, her first sit-down television interview of the year. Her first big TV interview since Tory Lanes shot her in the summer of 2020. Megan talks about the shooting in her social media and magazine interviews and we’ve put together a version of her events (which I believe is the original version of the event): She and Tori Lanez were friends, partying in LA. Tory and Megan disagree on whether to leave the party. Megan gets out of Tori’s SUV and shoots him. He orders her to return to the SUV, and shortly after, LAPD drives the SUV and Megan is taken to the hospital for treatment.
Tory fans have spent the last year and a half acting like Megan, as Megan lied (she wasn’t) or she “started it” (she didn’t) or had no right to be traumatized (she does)) Megan with a deadly weapon Was attacked and then he was the victim of lies, abuse and propaganda of an integrated smear. It has been terrible for him. And as much as he told Gayle King. Here is the full interview:
That part was breaking my heart “I never touch anyone. I never raised my voice too loud, it was one of those times where it shouldn’t have been so crazy. “ He is trying to say that he did nothing to “provoke” Tory Lanes’ attack. Let me tell all the young ladies out there: It doesn’t matter if you “raise your voice” – your voice doesn’t give anyone the right to shoot you. The other part that broke my heart was his real fear that after Tory shot him, they would all be killed by the police. He knew there was still a gun in the car, he knew they were all black people in LA and the cops would shoot first and never question. Poor Megan.
Tory defenders were out on Sunday and Monday to interview Megan. He responded to them but deleted the post.
