What a great day for white suits, gold jewelry, sun kissed skin, moisturizers and white purses. Here is the first picture of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in the Netherlands, today, Good Friday. The opening ceremony of the Invictus Games is tomorrow, but there are obviously VIP meetings, photo-ops and lots of handshakes. Harry and Meghan both look great and I can tell that Meghan was in the pool (or at sea) with the kids. She looks happy and free. Harry does. What a moment.
Meghan is apparently in a Valentino suit and bag. Last season, Valentino looked a lot hotter pink – hopefully we’d be very lucky – and a baggy suit. It’s a retro silhouette pick, but I think the fit of the pants sorting saves the ensemble from looking too jute-suit. Pants are great. I love purses very much, but I love a crisp white purse. Kate is about to cry again when she sees the number of buttons on Meghan’s jacket (twelve buttons in total). Oh, and the shoes are Aquazzura? Maybe even her wedding shoes?
Anyway, stay tuned! Everything about this makes me very happy.
