DaBaby’s lawyers say Walmart’s shooting video supports his self-defense claim

DaBaby’s lawyers fired Rolling stoneIts video, which appears to be controversial in the rapper’s claim that he killed a man in self-defense.

The 30-year-old rapper, real name Jonathan Kirk, killed 19-year-old Jillian Craig during a fight at a North Carolina Walmart store in 2018.

The rapper claimed to be defending himself, but surveillance footage showed him sucking and punching Craig’s friend.

Rapper’s attorneys, Drew Findling and Marissa Goldberg, Tell TMZ The video was reviewed in 2018 by a judge and prosecutors.

Lawyers say prosecutors have concluded that DaBaby acted in self-defense and therefore was not charged with murder.

DaBaby also Responded to video“The media has brainwashed them,” he said.

Since 2018, DaBaby has shot or physically assaulted more than one person – without provocation.
