A Supreme Court judge denied the allegations Ant AnsteadApplication for full custody of her 2 year old son, HudsonWith “Flip or flop” Star Christina Hack.
On April 28, the court ruled that Unstad, 43, had filed an application on the same day, providing an “insufficient display” of evidence.
In court documents obtained by Page sixInstead they requested full custody of their children.
Anastasia, who has been married to Hack for two years, told the court that his ex-wife had spent “an average of 9 full days per month for the last 20 months” with their son.
He also objected to the reality TV star posting pictures of their son on his popular social media accounts promoting promotions.
Unstad and Hack previously agreed to joint custody of Hudson, who was born in September 2019. They divorced in 2020.
Unstad alleges that Hack returned to Hudson in January without informing him that the child had tested positive for Covid-19, according to TMZ.
On a separate occasion, Hudson returned home from vacation with an intense sunburn.
Unstadt says Hack maintained an unsafe environment for their son when he confessed to smoking the hallucinogenic Todd in an Instagram post.

“If it’s really about Hudson, as he says, it should have been handled personally by a personal judge or mediator, as me and my attorney advised. Love my children with all my heart and I will always protect them.”
