Miley Cyrus‘Mother Tish Cyrus Has filed for divorce from Billy Ray CyrusAfter 29 years of marriage.
According to court records obtained TMZ, Tish filed for divorce in a Tennessee courthouse last week. In addition to Miley, she and Billy Ray are the parents of 4 children, the youngest of whom, Noah Cyrus22.
In the divorce documents, Tish says they haven’t been together for more than 2 years. He listed the usual “incoherent differences” as the cause of the split. There are no pre-ups in the file, so he is asking the court to distribute all marital assets equally.
The couple has filed for divorce for the third time. Billy Ray filed in 2010, then closed it. Tish filed in 2013, then closed it, according to TMZ.
Fans noticed that something was off when Billy Reck wasn’t included in Miley’s posted family holiday photos and videos.
Tish and Billy Ray were married in 1993 in their living room in Franklin, Tennessee. Millie and the actor Liam Hemsworth Married in the same place in 2018. Miley and Liam divorced in January 2020.
